The Burger Concept København

Disappointing experience. We ordered beef burgers but got chicken instead, without any notice—they had run out of beef. The food took a long time to arrive, and we didn’t get the fries we ordered. The place was not ready for a big crowd, and having only one toilet caused a queue. Not acceptable for a busy place.

I visited Burger Concept for the first time on Monday – and my only regret is that I didn't come sooner. Right at the entrance you are greeted by a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the service level is top notch. The staff smiles, gives good recommendations and makes you feel welcome all the way through, you are lucky if you have the honor of being served by Sadek. But let's talk about the most important thing: the food. Wow. Every bite tasted of quality and thoughtfulness. I tried their new burger for a measly 10 and taquitos, it was honestly some of the best fast food food I have ever had. The bun was fresh and lightly toasted, the chicken juicy and perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the side dishes were right in the cupboard. The fries and dip were also beyond compare. They were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and served hot and fresh. Burger Concept is not just another burger place, it is a complete experience. Everything from the decor to the ingredients is made with passion and quality. I will definitely come back and bring my friends! I also hope that Sadek is back at work

Sweetest employee really nice and good food for the price

The burger (BBQ chicken) was okay, a bit better than at McDonald's. The staff were very friendly and could communicate in English.

A few years ago their loaded fries were very good. Last week when l tried them again, the quality decreased... however, I will go few more times to make sure if last time was not a quallity mistake or not.
