The Burger Concept København

The staff seemed truly nice and I genuinely feelt bad for them. 3 people manning the restaurant at 17 on a Tuesday on a location in the heart of Copenhagen is absolutely absurd. I ordered online at 17 and made it for 17:10/17:20. I arrived there at 17:10 exactly to watch my order nr be on the red screen in the queue for the next 15 min, when I asked them to hurry it up please and I finally recieved my food at 17.35. I am quite certain that had I not said something I'd be waiting there for at least 20 more minutes (at one point there were 3 red orders, then it went up to more than the screen could handle, to go back down to 3 - mine was still one of those). It was a 2 fries, 3 burger, 9 nuggets order...

Dunder chicken burgers at a very reasonable price!

Food is made quickly and it tastes good and it costs a lot.

The food is really good🤗 I don't think the service is very good, you shouldn't speak Danish if you want good service🤗 The staff seems indifferent🙏
