It was truly a pleasure tasting Jamain's food. A real gem. She is really easy to work with, has a great passion for what she does, and that really reflects on the amazing, comforting and very tasty food she makes. I ordered catering for a Christmas Lunch at my workplace and she was so helpful during the event and everyone was happy! I can not recommend The Caribbean Housewife enough.

Delicious food. There are not many Caribbean restaurants in CPH and this one is a true gem.

We ordered catering from The Caribbean Housewife for a big birthday party last weekend. We had 70 guests, all of whom were delighted and full. The food was amazing and Jamain was super helpful and understanding during the planning of the event. And on top of that it was a super nice price. We would definitely recommend The Caribbean Housewife to anyone who needs to serve something for their guests in the future.

I've been a customer of The Caribbean Housewife for many years and love the beautifully presented, creative vegan food on the ever changing menu. The pop-up dinners at various locations are always a wonderful experience, as well. Not to mention the great natural wine pairings!

Large family sized portions, shared with a family style atmosphere. Fantastic, will be coming back!

Amazing food with great vegetarian options, amazing location, and a chef/owner who is gracious, welcoming, and passionate about her work! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have only had the most fabulous experiences with this company and it’s incredibly, kind, considerate, and most conscientious owners and staff. Whether for intimate social dinners at their “secret” location in Kødbyen, amazing food & wine pairing dinners at their exciting pop-up locations, or the many times they have delighted my guests at any of the events I’ve hosted at home, I have certainly never been anything but super happy with their work. And it’s surprisingly affordable for all that you get. Favorite things at the top of my head would include: their level of creativity in exploring new dishes and ingredients; the incredibly fast and always on top of things communication at all times, the fact that they’ve never forgotten or confused allergies, and I have never had to tell them more than once, and ……actually the list goes on… I would definitely recommend their dinners as a really special, unique and original experience you can do in Copenhagen, and I would definitely also recommend them for catering, regardless of however small or large your event is. (I feel like I’ve gotten to a point where I’m actually making up random events just to have them cater for it 😄).

I went with a group of classmates and the food was amazing! Our menu was showcasing Dutch-Indonesian cuisine and I got to experience an ocean of flavors that are reminiscent of my Jamaican mother's cooking. It is also vegan and vegetarian friendly, but as a person who does eat meat, I was not missing those flavors. Definitely a restaurant you need to check out if you visit Copenhagen!
