The Falcon Hotel Bornholm

Thanks to Morten, who let us have lunch when the kitchen was closed and was generally a very sweet and service-oriented guy, we had a great experience. The ambiance, the view, the food, everything was top notch! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area :)

Location and rooms are great. Staff were the highlight. So helpful and accommodating; in particular, I'd like to call out everyone working in the restaurant...What you folks do is amazing!... Especially with a packed house and a lean crew... Super impressive. Big thanks for the opportunity to sample the local schnapps -- what a treat!
