Ordered cappuccinos for take-away twice and got consistently good cups (and note that we are coffee snobs). Delicious buttery croissants.

We've been coming here for many years and look forward to returning every holiday. It's the highlight of the area, incredibly authentic and made with so much love – both the food and the atmosphere. You don't find something like this everywhere. 💗

The best panini I've ever had. Insanely delicious bread and delicate preparation turned this usually somewhat boring dish into a wildly delicious and filling meal.

Cute as a puppy, this cafe is a very pleasing place to stop away from the cazy summer crowds around. The coffee is good (note that smaller coffees are single shot), the cake, a molasses based dense apple cinnamon walnut cake was yummy, though better held at room temp (necessitating the icing to be applied a la minute) for texture. The panini were good. Two varieties both had a sweet chutney that worked fine, unless you ordered both, which made them samey. The bread is a great choice. They both also come across as essentially mass market rocket sandwiches. Yummy enough for sure. The place is delightful and the team were great. Good choice in this town.

A quaint shop... An update from Eight "8" years ago. I will write it in Danish- My last visit was ok, the mozzarella and basil panini was a bit below par for the price. It was the second day I ordered it. When she tried to convey her dissatisfaction to the owner, she was also dismissive. Maybe she will be more attentive to a request from a customer who has been visiting the place for many years. Never let a small success go to your head. Be humble and take the time to make a request.

So cozy… Great selection and maybe the best cake in the world! Beautiful ambiance and a lovingly designed garden as an outdoor area for guests. We received just as warm a welcome today as we did 10 years ago on our first visit. See you soon!
