The Pescatarian København

The menu is ambitious and only partially lives up to its promise. Some dishes were too cold, raw, or burnt, such as the overcooked fish with the cooled asparagus. The menu began very appealingly, but then the quality noticeably declined.

Great restaurant without superb good and a friendly staff. Food is at the pricy end, but it is what can be expected for the location. However, the atmosphere and the location is in my opinion lacking a bit compared to other top-end Copenhagen restaurants.

Food is beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. Bread is great.

The food is in a class of its own. Each dish is flavorful, well thought out and beautifully presented. The service is attentive and professional without seeming overbearing, you feel truly welcome and well taken care of throughout.

The Pescatarian was a truly fantastic gastronomic experience - nevertheless, the restaurant's service is top notch throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend anyone to visit Pescatarian if you want to indulge your foodie heart with an experience at UG.

Fantastic experience at The Pescatarian The cozy and inviting venue near Kastellet helped set a great atmosphere from the very beginning of the evening. We chose “The Full Experience” from the menu, where both the snacks and the courses were exceptionally delicious, offering a great variety of flavors and nuances. Their wine pairing is almost a must-try and I highly recommend this. In addition, the staff were very attentive and did a great job of guiding us through what turned out to be an all-around fantastic evening. This will definitely not be the last time we dine here! I can highly recommend a visit to The Pescatarian if you’re in Copenhagen and looking for an amazing dining experience at a reasonable price.
