You don't expect a western restaurant on Bornholm. The steak is supposed to come from Nevada. I couldn't notice any difference to European meat. The doneness was ordered medium, but it came well done and was quite tough. The fries were in the fryer too long.

01/08/2024: Lovely charming centrally located older hotel. Rooms are large, beautiful and good beds. Breakfast is very delicious and lacks nothing. The staff are local, sweet, smiling and accommodating. Have been here several times and will definitely come again
