Super good food, cozy atmosphere, skilled and friendly staff.

An excellent restaurant, worth its Michelin star. The service in particular was top notch. If I had just one suggestion, it's that there is no need to keep repeating that everything they serve is "the best in the world"; let the customers decide for themselves. I also find the price a bit high, in particular the wine pairing.

3. Visit to The Samuel. It seems like it gets better every time. You start at the bar down by the kitchen with some almonds and a cocktail and then you go upstairs to the restaurant itself. The octopus with rice and the cheese platter are the two servings that you will really remember. Will definitely come back.

At a traffic light in busy Hellerup there is an old building. But as soon as you step inside it feels like you are in another world. Here at Samuel, good food is a given. But the atmosphere and mood you feel is unique and out of the ordinary. The feeling you get is "homely" nothing stiff or formal. Sit back and enjoy the sublime service you get from the moment you step through the door until you leave the place. Refined, simple and trustworthy. A service that deserves 2 stars.

A really good experience! It's impressively good for a one-star hotel and the restaurant has become extra inviting after the renovation.

A fantastic experience at The Samuel. The kitchen delivered food at a very high level, and the wine menu was well thought out and suited the dishes perfectly. The service was both professional, attentive and relaxed, which created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the evening. Even the playlist deserves praise :-) The sommelier in particular made an impression. Her great knowledge and enthusiasm for wine clearly shone through, and it was easy to feel that she is passionate about her work. As an extra nice touch, she showed us around after dinner, so we could experience both the art in the house and the beautiful terrace. And thank you for the book about The Samuel. All in all, a complete experience, where both food, wine, service and atmosphere came together in a higher unity. We would love to come again.
