Nice place really central but at the same time, not in a crowded road. That's good so you can enjoy your meal and your drink. The food is very tasty but careful with the portions. They are really small!( The employee tells you about it when they take your order) So get ready to order more than usual!

Just had a delicious coffee and two of the best poached eggs on rye in a long time! Fresh avocado and delicious flaked smoked salmon. Atmosphere was a little loud and a little tight on space, but this didn’t detract from an excellent breakfast experience. If you are in Copenhagen, this is definitely a place to try!!!

Last night at The Union Kitchen in Copenhagen, felt like catching up with old friends over small plates. The interior feels both cosy and quietly elegant, with warm lighting and tasteful décor that never feels over the top. Our server suggested about three dishes per person, and that turned out to be spot-on. • Pesto Pasta: al dente ribbons of tagliatelle in a fresh, garlicky green sauce. • Burrata with Peas: creamy cheese with sweet peas and a drizzle of olive oil. • Garlic Bread: warm, pillowy slices lathered in butter and herbs. • Arancini: two golden rice balls, crunchy outside, oozy cheese inside. • Thai-Style Pork Meatballs (3 pieces): lightly spiced, tangy sauce, perfect balance of sweet and heat. • Classic Beef Meatballs (3 pieces): rich meat, simple tomato base, a sprinkle of ricotta. • Sweet Potato (“Batata”): crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside wedges seasoned with sea salt—an addictive side. Portions are definitely on the smaller side—three meatballs per order—so plan to add an extra plate or two if you’re really hungry. Still, the variety keeps things fun and conversational. We had a lovely dinner, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Danish Dining Experience: A Mixed Review The flavors are quite mild, Danish-style, but the salty items are extremely salty. After you order, they'll ask if you want water. If you say yes, they charge 25 krone per person, though they don't tell you the price upfront. They just fill a glass bottle with tap water. The upside is they refill it unlimited times. Interestingly, there's an overpriced Thai-owned Italian restaurant at M Quartier in Thailand that has copied this practice. The coffee is good, but before you've even finished, the waitstaff will quickly clear your glass. They'll also rush to clear your plates before you're done eating and constantly ask if you want to order anything else, as if to say, "If you're not ordering more, please pay and leave." In summary, you're probably better off finding a bakery shop that sells delicious sandwiches and pastries which are plenty in Copenhagen.

I walked past this cafe and I saw how buzzing it was from outside so I decided to join the queue for a few minutes and it was well worth it! I quite enjoyed the grungy/trendy atmosphere and the casualness of the waiting staff, this really set the tone. It was very busy inside but I didn’t have to wait too long for my brunch. Everything is fresh and handmade, my salmon and avocado rye bread tartine with poached eggs was divine, so was my coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. I would happily go back there.

A must go place (book a table to be sure to have a spot). Food is really good, the choice is appealing. The service is very friendly

I had passed the (city) restaurant earlier in the day and thought it looked interesting enough to eat there. I was aware of their Østerbro branch but have never eaten there either. It was busy enough for a Monday lunchtime. We ordered the Breakfast burger and the Burrito, with a Cappuccino, Latte & CocaCola. The coffees were very good but a little on the smaller size. The meal itself was very tasty and both of us enjoyed our lunch. I was, however, disappointed to see one of the waitresses tip her head forward, shaking out her hair and then pulling it back into a ponytail again. The place for this is the bathroom where she could wash her hands after. That being said, there is a nice vibe & I would return.

Best place in town, food so delicious, nice music and stuff are just so amazing people. Definitely if you are in Copenhagen that is the place to go

Vi var 6 damer til brunch og havde da heldigvis bestilt bord. Maden var meget lækker og hurtigt serveret hvilket også er nødvendigt nar man skal forlade bordet efter 1,5 time. Man føler sig altså lidt smidt ud og lidt af hyggen går af ! Serveringen var meget venlig og vi blev til start spurgt om vi ville have vandt til bordet men som de fleste andre steder bliver prisen for vandet ikke nævnt og her er det 25.kr. Ved betalingen får man anvist hvilket beløb drikkepenge man kan vælge imellem hvilket er udansk og ikke særligt rart. I DK burde tjenere få en løn og så er det op til gæsterne om de vil give drikkepenge. Derfor kun 3 stjerner eller 4 for maden var god.

Un sitio muy acogedor con una comida increíble. Lo difícil era elegir porque todo tenía una pinta estupenda. La ensalada de falafel con kale, quinoa, lentejas y hummus fue una auténtica delicia inesperada. Volvería a Copenhague sólo para tomarla otra vez!!!
