The Waters Allerød

Evening menu from The Water at The Scandinavian golf club. Lovely warm summer day with a calm green view of the golf courses. Starter Gampa's shrimp: Nicely set up but not with much flavor in it - Wild venison Tataki super delicious, a sight for the eyes, however there was no flavor or aroma from the summer truffles. Main course: Open Ravoli extremely interesting, flavorful but not filling portion - pork with cabbage, different and good. All in all a good evening
