Since yesterday, I know I’ll be dropping by here. At Thrysøe, the atmosphere is just a little different from the average local restaurant. Small-scale, cozy, and floral, personal yet professional, honest products, tranquility, subtle music, and a host who whistles something classical in a pleasant yet pure manner. I’ve never seen a magazine with my name as the title before, so that immediately catches my attention. From the sticker on the front cover, I gather I need to turn to page 46. From there, several pages are dedicated to this establishment. There is something I understand in every Danish sentence, so I think my impression and that of the reviewer align, with the subtitle *En lille skat*. "Totally true," says Isabella (singular ;-). Tasty food and coffee, over all a nice and cozy little tee and coffee house, the service was kinda slow but he was alone serving people and making the food and drinks, so I guess he did his best.

Wonderful café. I had a beautifully presented salad with homemade bread and picture-perfect salmon. Afterwards, I enjoyed a delicious iced latte and a marzipan pastry. If you're looking for a charming little romantic café where everything is delicious, this is the place for you. You can truly relax and enjoy yourself here.

09/08/2026: A very good restaurant with a cozy and central location in Viborg. The food was good. We had burgers and fish and chips.
04/08/2026: We went there on two evenings. The food was excellent both times. Pasta, burgers, schnitzel, salmon – you name it. The service was great. The atmosphere inside was very friendly, and the outdoor seating overlooking the lively square was also nice. I recommend the Jacobsen IPA.

11/07/2026: Cozy basement restaurant. The benches are not the most comfortable. The food was delicious. Main course and dessert clearly preferable to the appetizers. Grilled lobster tails with delicious bisque. A little too spicy with its curry notes for me and a little too low acidity. The veal sprat was unfortunately not a hit. The sauce was amazing, but the sprats were not that meaty and consisted primarily of breading. The monkfish tail was a nice little dish, but not the wild flavor profile. The main courses The North Sea cod was amazing. The whole dish beautifully put together and with perfect sauce and vegetables. The veal tenderloin tasted wonderful and the sauce and vegetables were also delicious. The rhubarb strawberry dessert was completely outstanding. Was stuffed, but it's been a long time since I've had something so fantastic and incredibly well-harmonized
