21/10/2025: Before booking, we had looked at other places cheaper than Zoku, but the reviews won us over, and we were right to trust them because it was a fantastic experience.
The studio apartment was beautifully furnished, clean, with a spacious shower and a decent-sized bathroom. Plenty of drawers and closets, a very comfortable bed, and a kitchen with a sink, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, an induction stovetop with pots and pans, and a dishwasher. Blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the rooms were soundproofed.
The DR BYEN metro station is a 2-minute walk away, providing easy access to all parts of the city. Below Zoku, you'll find a supermarket open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM where you can find everything you need. Finally, there's a luggage storage room where you can use the laundry machines. The common areas are clean and stylishly furnished!
20/10/2025: Great Location, Stylish Stay – Some Room for Improvement
We recently stayed at the Zoku apartment hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — right in the heart of everything, with fantastic metro connections to the city center and beyond. Whether you’re exploring local neighborhoods or heading across town, getting around is quick and easy.
The apartment itself was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with a modern, comfortable feel. However, we did find a couple of small issues: there weren’t quite enough pillows for our liking, and additional power outlets would’ve made things a bit more convenient. Also, the kettle in our apartment leaked, which made boiling water a bit of a hassle — hopefully something that gets updated soon.
We also booked the movie room, which we were really looking forward to. Unfortunately, both of our phones had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, and the films we tried to view kept buffering and stopping. Since the movie feature is the main appeal of the room, this was a bit of a letdown.
Overall, Zoku is a great choice for its location, style, and cleanliness, but a few tweaks — especially around tech and amenities — would really elevate the experience.
