The pizza dough wasn’t chewy but had a crispy texture. The taste of the pizza was excellent. The staff were also very friendly.

Although we sat on a stoop outside the restaurant, for the experience, I still rate the atmosphere as 5-star all things considered. As others have said, this was VERY reasonable pricing and the guys were very friendly. Pizza was hot and flavorful, and it’s worth noting that the beer was also very reasonably priced (25kr). I did not eat a sandwich but I witnessed one being made and it looked mouthwateringly delicious. It’s worth a trip for all, except those who value pomp over circumstance.

Great value for money for Copenhagen. The shop is unassuming, but the pizza is above average. Highly recommended!

After having a really bad and expensive meal at an Italian restaurant in Copenhagen, we found Tino's, friendly staff good service, we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 beers all for only 175 dk, we took them to a bench next to the canal where we had the cheapest and best meal of our visit to Copenhagen, hot and tasty pizzas with cold beers and a seat with a view far better than any restaurant. Please experience this for yourself l.

Four hot pizzas and six cold beers were served directly on a steel cafe table. 10/10 from here and Yngvild got a cucumber. Served even though they were closed. 10/10 on that too!

Excellent pizza, one of the best in Christianshavn. The wait is worth it. I recommend the vegetable one. Plus, the location is great for taking the pizza and eating it on the canal. They also have quality Italian beers.

26/10/2025: Famo Saxo undoubtedly delivers Italian food of a very high standard. The dishes are authentic, based on excellent ingredients (which you can taste are sourced from Italy), and the kitchen really masters the simple but tasteful approach. The food alone deserves top marks. Unfortunately, the dining experience was dragged down by the surroundings. The restaurant is incredibly popular, which means that the small room is far too crowded. You sit uncomfortably close together, and the high noise level makes it difficult to have a conversation. Unfortunately, the 'lively' Italian atmosphere tips over and becomes more stressful and chaotic. If you're going for the taste alone, Famo Saxo is a winner. But the cramped and hectic atmosphere takes away a lot of the enjoyment of the otherwise excellent meal.
