We had one of the most disappointing meals of our trip at the Tivoli Brassiere, We ordered breaded pork cutlets. The cutlets were covered in an overpowering apple sauce that completely overwhelmed the dish. The bread basket was an extra charge. The bread came drenched in extremely salty oil. Dinner for three came to 280 This restaurant is not a good choice.

We had the 3-course menu. Friendly attentive service and really good food. Be aware that potatoes must be ordered on top. Super good acoustics due to carpet and curtains. So well suited if you have hearing aids.

Café La Pausa

22/08/2026: Last week, me and a friend, have been in the restaurant, and I would like to share my experience which was amazing! We ordered the risotto with porcini and the ossobuco with zafron risotto. They were both well cooked and tasty, they remind us exactly the same dishes that we ate in Italy. The personal was very kind, especially the chef “Jesus”, I suppose, who was friendly and welcoming. If i live in Copenhagen, I will always go to “La Pausa”!
