Delicious Danish authentic smørrebrød and you get it as if you were at home in the dining room in the old days. A dish/topping and then you are otherwise allowed to spread it yourself. (You can also order something that will be freshly made for you in the kitchen.

A truly authentic Danish restaurant. Typical cellar restaurant, with honest charm,. Food was typical Smørrebrød, an easy reccomend. Good tasting, fresh ingredients, easily competes with more expensive locales. Fun atmosphere. Definite re-visit,

Rigtig god mad, dog lidt små i det i forhold til hvad vi betalte for det. Man sidder også ret tæt, men det går lige. Vi kommer nok igen, men ikke i julen.

13/04/2025: stumbled upon this restaurant to get a proper traditional danish food before i leave copenhagen, what took me by surprise was the brunede kartofler (danish caramelised potatoes) they’re a bit chewy and sweet, which balance nicely with the savoury flæskesteg (danish roast pork)!! the waiters were very knowledgeable about the food and one of them has immaculate humour, the vibe is very cozy.
04/04/2025: Really good Danish food. Prepared exactly as it should be, even if the potatoes with skins didn't go over at mum's house 😀 And fantastic personal service.

16/04/2025: Small selection, but super delicious and flavorful food
07/04/2025: We went out of our way to stop here and it was so worth it. Small and cozy and the owner really does it all by himself. The Jhol Momo dish was a standout, especially the sauce. Recommend anyone to stop by especially on a chilly day.
