Excellent food, love the local brew, outstanding service, decor is fun in a historical restaurant, and local families were here tonight so you know it’s a good place to spend your evening. Special thanks to the waiter who gave us quick service and was very friendly.

Best place in town for Danish food !!! My friends and I went on our last night in CPH to Toldbod Bodega, we were looking for a traditional danish experience and we found it ! Very welcoming staff and amazing food, the portion are huge for a fair price. The dim lights and the authentic decor really made it for my friends and I. I would a 100% recommend it to anyone !!

I have been coming to Toldbod Bodega for more than 40 years — since I was a boy visiting with my father. Without exception, I have always experienced excellent service, the right atmosphere, and classic Danish food prepared the way it should be. Whether you are a tourist visiting Copenhagen or a local who appreciates honest cooking and a place with history and character, I can warmly recommend Toldbod Bodega. It is exactly as described. No gimmicks. No empty marketing. What you see is what you get — and it tastes exactly as it should.

A unique restaurant with an art-house feel. The service is cheerful and friendly. Our portions were so huge we couldn't finish them. The dishes had excellent organoleptic qualities. The price-quality ratio is a 4.5 out of 5.
