Super service. From reception to serving staff. Everyone was really happy, smiling and service-minded.

Visited the place for a conference day. The hospitality was superb. However, I thought the lunch was a somewhat mixed experience. It was as if we were going to visit all corners of the world, on the world's smallest plate. But beautiful premises and very friendly staff.

The room was clean and nice, but it smelled a little damp. It wasn't a room I thought "this is really something" that hasn't been paid attention to the details or used nice materials. The bathroom needs an update. There is what should be in a hotel room. The rooms are very quiet, so you sleep easily and can't be distracted by neighbors and oven bakers talking to each other, I wouldn't choose a hotel room on the ground floor. The restaurant area and the bar exuded atmosphere and everyone had a good time. The food was delicious, the surroundings lovely, nothing to fault there. The staff were nice and welcoming. The location couldn't be more central, it's easy to get around on foot. The beautiful church is right next to the hotel and so are the shops.

A lovely place, and super good food

Decent hotel with decent beds, the room was nice but didn't have very good curtains to block out the light outside. But the breakfast was good and the reception was nice both at check-in and check-out 😁

We took a short trip to Denmark with our children. Unfortunately, the service at the restaurant was very rude, both at breakfast and dinner.

BUT...service could be improved by providing information about how renovations, roadworks etc. affect access conditions. OTHERWISE....GENIAL, lots of smiles and friendliness!!!!
