A classic tourist-friendly place and it was exactly what we were looking for. I can recommend the sandwiches where the breaded plaice was really good. A large strong one and a schnapps too 🙂🇩🇰

02/08/2025: Cozy courtyard restaurant in central Helsingör. They served plaice, but charged for Wienerschnitzel.
20/07/2025: Pakhuset is a small, well-visited Italian restaurant in Helsingør that my wife and I have visited regularly for the past 12 years. We usually order their 2-course menu with garlic snails and entrecote. But today I just want a small omelet with ham and salad. There are 3 brothers who own the place and it is really nice to be able to recognize the staff and be recognized every time you eat here. The lunch omelet was light and airy and just right for a small hunger. It was as usual a good experience and we will eat here for many years to come.
