Nice service, nice place and nice food.

Tried it because I love the other two Kasai in Hellerup and at Amagerbro. Unfortunately, the quality of the food at Nørrebro is less good than the other two locations. We arrived at 17:15 as one of the first, and it was clear from the first serving that it had been decided. The fish was warm, and had that transparent color of something that has been out of the fridge for too long. Second and third servings were better. Good ratio of rice to content like everywhere, so praise for that. The service was good.

food is super good, big drinks (up till 0,7l) but one time i got some not fresh nigiri, after this one time, it never happened again + the lunch offer is until 15:30, so you have a lot of time to eat with no stress, highly recommend 🩷

The woman behind the desk was a clown. Answered everything grumpily and has no idea what service is. We asked for chilie mayo which we had ordered. At that time we had had our food for 5 minutes.. We got a "it's coming". Which it didn't do.. Only when we asked the young sweet afryder did something happen..
