It is hard to explain this place, but it is captivating nonetheless. The way the sections are set and the big table where you can sit and read... it is something else really hard to experience anywhere else.

Hidden gem near Design Museum. Tranquebar is a bookstore with a cozy cafe and friendly staff. Fantastic book selection, perfect for browsing & relaxing with a coffee.

15/10/2024: The food was really nice and the lights gave the restaurant a nice atmosphere, the lady serving was very nice but it couldn’t override the fact that we waited nearly an hour to receive all of our food (40 mins for appetisers) so as a hungry customer during dinner time, it was really disappointing to wait so long. I noticed that they only had one chef working in the kitchen. I would recommend to go to this place only if you don’t mind waiting for it, because it got pretty decent food and portion size
