Delicate and high standard for all ingredients and preparation. Unfortunately, these wonderful Icelanders are leaving after this season to go to Georgia and grow wine as far as I understand. Nice restaurant with delicious Icelandic food. The island menu with lamb crown was really good, a little too much anise in the sauce, which made it a little too licorice-like for my taste. Otherwise no complaints. They import wine from Georgia which is also very fun to try.
