Treetop Vejle

New Nordisk cuisine with a very seasonal centric menu. Our experience was exceptional with attentive service. We chose their juice menu and non-traditional wine pairing. Be prepared to spend some time here, as a full menu took us 4.5 hours.

Eminent view to and eat delicious smørrebrød! Ultra good service, lots of staff who kept an eye on the table all the time. The only "minus" was that the pieces of smørrebrød could well be smaller, so that you could try more types. Possibly A dish with half pieces, since several people at the table only eat 2 pieces. Good ingredients, delicious food!

Food was quite tasty, but nothing special. Champagne was served in a white wine glass, which in my opinion is not possible in an upscale restaurant.
