Our experience at Trio was very good. Started with a warm welcome from the guys at the bar and continued with the waiter at our dinner table. Every dish was delicious and nicely served. It was an unique experience.

Ok. What can I say :-) I stopped over in Copehagen on my way to Sweden.
I found this place and gave it a try. I came up to the 9th floor. And the bar keeper did not make me feel very welcome. But they made up for this. He was stressed, I get it.
Anyway. I got my table on the 10th floor. With a great view. I got a drink from the bar first. A " Japanese Smoke". Loved it. I ordered the tasting menu with the exlusive wine pairing. Ok. Look. I liked the wines. The guy poring the wines was very friendly. But not a sommelier, I at least think. He could just not explain a wine in detail. Then, and I see this more often, they have no idea about pacing. How can you serve the next wine when I still have not finished the one before? Ok. He pored a good glass, ok., but still. I think he reaoly knows his wines. But he doesn't shine! Maybe it's the language barrier. I don't know. I think he is much better.
So food. In any other restaurant with a tasting menu the first two courses would be a "amouse bouche". And also the dessert wpuld be something you just get with your espresso after thr desseet.
Look I know. Its small portions. But... not like this.
The food was good. It was. But... nothing special. Just good , tasty food. Thats it.I guess is what u expect for that money. I don't know what the chef wants. Its all over the place. Sorry. Does the chef know? You need a story!
What about service. Mmm. I dont know. They were friendlly. But.... use a tray. Dont just show up behind me with a plate in your hand and put in in front of me. Sorry guys. Not there yet. Keep improving.
Be more excited about what yöu are doing. Kitchen, be more creative.
You guys cook tasty food. You have friendly staff. A great view. Be more bold. Go! Go all In or go home.
Look. If you are in Copenhagen. It's worth a try. Ok.

Overall nice experience, 5 courses menu.
Pros:
-Nice ambiance and high view of the city
-Refiling bread and butter free of charge
-Drinks menu is fantastic and decently priced
Neutral:
-The food was nothing to write home about compared to other fine dining restaurants in Copenhagen. It is definitely overpriced for what you pay for.
Cons:
The waiter was taking our food right after asking "are you done" way too quickly. It made me a bit uncomfortable. I couldn't enjoy what was left of the sauces in the first 2 courses. On the third course I clearly said "no we are not done" and they left it. It was the best of the 5 courses (the one with egg yolk).
We had a 5 course menu where all dishes tasted really good and looked great. The service was really good. They were very attentive, friendly, and adapted to our wishes. The place is quite large with plenty of space between the tables. There is a nice view. All in all, a really good evening.
Nice staff and nice view but the drinks were just not it. The Atomic Cosmo was just like drinking pure water with a twist of syrup and rum.

Very nice experience - glad I discovered this place existed, as it's not so obvious to find. Started with a cocktail in the bar overlooking the city before enjoying the 5 course menu with wine pairing. Delicious food and friendly service. Would recommend and will return.

The place was completely empty when me and a friend arrived - except for one couple. I told the staff that we were just there for one drink. Still we were seated RIGHT next to the other couple that was there - while the rest of the place was empty. It was still only the four of us when my friend and I left. It was awkward to sit right next to a couple on a date when the rest of the place was empty, and it would have been a much nicer experience if we could have sat at one of the other empty tables.
