The food didn't meet expectations for a restaurant supposedly in this league

Had a mixed experience here at TRIO. The location is excellent with a full view out over the central Copenhagen facing west so make sure to book table and watch the sun set. The dinner was ok, but there were some minor flaws. Like we had to ask the waiters to slow down the serving at one point. Some dishes was truly excellent but some were a bit below expectations compared to what we eventually paid. Not a cheap dinner. But worth a visit. And you can visit the bar without a dinner and still enjoy the vie from then 9th flor.

The view is breathtaking and clearly the main attraction here. The food was good and nicely presented, but it didn't feel like a truly memorable dining experience. Service was efficient and professional, yet a bit soulless, it lacked the warmth and personality that make a night out special. Overall, a pleasant evening, but more for the scenery than for the gastronomy.

Me and my friends were served by Spaghetti. He made our experience so much better, we will 100% come back.

The tasting menu was delicious, the drinks and wine quite tasty and the staff were very nice and helpful.
