Good pizzas, nice owner and wide menu. Got 2 family pizzas in 15 minutes so fast service too.

The bakery Tidemandsvej 10

16/09/2025: Visited at 0930 in the morning. It is a bakery that actually has an OK product. The selection is standard, but on the limited side. I don't know if it is me who has unrealistic expectations or is just better used to it - But I think they should make more of an effort. There is even a coffee machine that is turned off, which he doesn't even bother to turn on. When we ask if it is possible with a cup of coffee he answers: No, I drink Nes. Next time I am in Holbæk I choose to try one of the other bakers.
12/09/2025: The owner is very nice and the bread is always fresh and delicious. It's located in the city center and has parking nearby. Good service and deserves five stars.

30/05/2025: Probably the bedst pizzaria in holbaek when its not real Italian pizza made in a stone oven
19/05/2025: Buy a no. 25 and realize that you don't need anything in life except Luciano's phone number and money on the card. You can actually just try your hand at the menu card, but 25 ÷kebab + chicken, I'll take that from Copenhagen to eat. Permanent staff who have been there for what...15-20 years? You have to ask them, they are nice. Note that there is not much space to sit and eat there inside and outside, but you can take them down to the park west of or down to the water. Short walk.
