I did not try the food available, but stepped in for a look because the ambience looked amazing from the street. The staff was very nice. I asked for something cheap and they did not make me feel bad or embarrassed. The staff continued to ask my preference for type of gin I would prefer and found something perfectly suited to my palate for a great price.

Delicious cocktails, the amount of gin in the bar was surprising. The choice is huge, the bartenders will advise you what to choose according to your taste. High level! Thank you for your professionalism 🫶🏻

A very, very nice discovery, a lovely bar with a cozy atmosphere and very good products. Gin from all over the world with several different tonics depending on the flavors you are looking for. Lemony, fruity, peppery, even palo santo or smoked. 2 days are not enough to tame us with gin. Thanks to the impeccable servers.

An absolute must for gin lovers in Copenhagen. The selection is gigantic and the service is top-notch. We would come back anytime. The snacks that can be ordered alongside are also great. The restaurant itself is very nice and cozy.

An exceptional bar! We were visiting Copenhagen for one night, and this l was an absolutely perfect place to spend it. Decor, music, atmosphere, and the service - all so wonderful. Our server (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) gave us information about all of our drinks, which were probably (definitely) the best G&T’s we’ve ever had. Would highly encourage anyone to visit!

22/10/2025: Placed reasonably close to the busy touristy centre, I wanted to find a decent place to eat i.e. somewhere authentic and not there to rip tourists off. Found Amalie near the palace. Lovely little place with a good menu and lovely staff -> all very engaging and happy to talk in fluent English (we did try a bit of Danish but it's a tough language). We had a couple of beers which were gorgeous and smorrebrod and a chicken salad, both fresh and very tasty. Would definitely recommend.
19/10/2025: This is my second time coming here and it's super cozy. And the food is really delicious.

26/12/2025: Dining at AOC in Copenhagen last October was a very pleasant surprise. Despite being located underground, the space feels airy and refined, with beautifully designed vaulted ceilings that create a calm, intimate atmosphere rather than anything enclosed. Service was warm, attentive, and polished throughout the evening—The team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after without ever being intrusive. Many of the dishes stood out for both flavor and presentation. The food was elegant, precise, and visually striking—clearly crafted with care and confidence. I personally selected one bottle of Champagne and one bottle of red wine to pair with the menu, and the combination worked very well, adding to an already enjoyable experience. Overall, Thoughtful cooking, beautiful plating, and professional service made for a memorable evening.
04/12/2025: Modern, fresh, and full of character. The menu shows creativity without trying too hard.
