Vi var til 80 års fødselsdag på kroen og blev positiv overrasket. Maden var god.....rigtig god kromad. Personalet var super søde og meget opmærksomme på at der var vin etc. i glassene. Alt i alt en dejlig oplevelse

Went out on Sunday to eat biksemad with fried eggs usually is ok. But here we got pulled pork with small and far too few potatoes that were not tender. Taste ok. Way too much meat for little potatoes, that was the last time. Otherwise we bumped into the inn. Bridget

Four friends on the road, looking for something to satisfy a relentless hunger and dry palate. Fortunately, Jan from Proms had almost Udby Kro, so we took a U-turn and quickly drove towards the place! And what a fantastic surprise it was, cozy authentic inn atmosphere, almost twin-peak-esque Morten Korch atmosphere. Definitely best on the meaty side of the menu, if you fish on the pechetarian side of the stream then there are longer bites.
Like coming home to grandma's hometown in Jutland. Here I am again at home. Sin got Jeppe!

Hyggelig nytårsaften med et vennepar. Maden var udmærket, servicen god, og prisen fantastisk. Vi havde en god oplevelse med hyggelig stemning ved vores bord.

We went out to eat for a birthday. Here was pulled pork burger and spareribs. French fries and Bernaise buffet. Real brioche buns, it was delicious. The inn was very cozy in the old way and there was plenty of food. The quality of the food was average and the room we sat in felt quite cold. Not bitterly cold but maybe 18c.

We have often talked about trying this inn, which is one of the royally privileged in our local area.
I called and ordered a table and explained that we wanted a one-year-old boy with us, but after the conversation I was in doubt as to whether the order had been received, as we were not told about the time.
The joy was therefore great when we arrived and found that a table had been set up for us in the middle of the large inn room.
It was roast pork and parsley sauce night and a steady stream of locals arrived, both craftsmen, the elderly and others who were clearly used to the establishment.
Gabriel was catered for with a high chair and baby dishes and the chef made pasta screws for him free of charge.
Gabriel has just learned to walk, so he wanted to explore the inn, we tried to prevent this as other paying customers should also have peace to enjoy their food. We were kindly told that he could walk around as he pleased, because there is room for everyone here
The food was fantastic and just as we had imagined, the setting and the clientele just so, we felt at home and welcome like everyone else that day.
It is definitely not the last time we come here, we all had a wonderful evening

It was for roast pork.
Unfortunately it wasn't crispy pork.
Chicken in tartlets for the starter was really good.
