Best service I have ever experienced. We had a really nice evening, there was service from the moment you arrived until you left. Not the normal service where they ask if the food is good all the time, instead they made sure we didn't lack anything without them having to ask. Water was followed up even though they were half full to ensure it was cold. We were given extra bread without even asking and while we were waiting for one of the dishes, a little extra wine was topped up even though we had only ordered the wine menu. We ordered drinks from one waiter, but another waiter brought them, and didn't have to ask who should have what because he already knew from his colleague. The food was also wonderful. The only downside is that you sit a little close, but you can easily survive that. All in all a wonderful evening. We will definitely come again.

A very good restaurant near the train station. They have a 5 course menu which is a very good choice if you are undecided. All the 5 dishes we had were excellent. Its busy on a Sat evening.

Der kleinere Bruder von "Formel B" muss sich nicht verstecken, man bekommt nahezu die gleiche Qualität in unformeller Atmosphäre mit kompetentem Service. Wo andere in Kopenhagen nur dummes Zeug reden, wurden uns die leckere Weinbegleitung auch wirklich vorgestellt. Wir hatten fünf Gänge, alle in passender Größe und beim Hauptgang gab es noch einen kleinen Nachschank ins Weinglas. Kleine Gesten machen die Musik. Weiter so und gerne wieder.

5 personer til aftensmad, hvor vi alle tog 3 retter ala carte og så dog også lige alle skulle slutte af med en ostetallerken. Konceptet er mindre retter, men vil sige at vi med lidt brød og oliven i starten sagtens kunne have nøjes med de 3 retter. Alle retter pænt anrettet og meget velsmagende - især blæksprutte og pigvarretten var på højt højt niveau. Stedet er hvad det hedder, uformelt. Pris og kvalitet hænger godt sammen og klar anbefaling.

I had a fantastic experience at restaurant Uformel in Copenhagen. Everything was simply delicious! The food was sublime, with each dish precisely balanced and flavorful. The service was attentive and friendly which really elevated the whole experience. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere that is both relaxed and elegant. I can highly recommend Informal to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We had the tasting menu, with one wine pairing, and one muri pairing. The food was wonderful - inventive, tasty, nicely presented - the wine pairing good, the muri really interesting. The staff were genuinely friendly. Portions were just right. We'd managed to snag a spot late on a Friday night, and were very glad we had.

A thoroughly marvellous experience. My wife and I just finished 4 courses of these fantastic smaller plates. Each one was full of flavour and beautifully presented and not one let us down. The sweetbreads were particularly good. The atmosphere is completed by the 70's/80's soundtrack and the great team serving the customers. Special kudos goes to Matthias and Amanda for being such fun (in a second language) and so helpful.
