Uformel København

Visited Uformel yesterday and it was top class. We tried different things from the menu and the dishes were interesting and tasty. Will definitely come again, with the present fine service, on a busy Wednesday.

This is definitely one of the best places I have been in 2025. The staff was present with a lovely naturalness and smiles on their faces.

Visited in December 2025. We had the set menu and enjoyed every dish. The fish starter and the beef tartare were my favourites, but the other dishes were good too. The food quantity and the service were great, and so were the drinks options. Overall, I was very happy with my visit and I would both like to come back and to try the other restaurants from the Formel B family.

Nice service, excellent food. Needs a few more wines for under 800 kr. a bottle.

Lots of different tastes and textures are paired with a well-curated drinks flight, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The staff provide a relaxing atmosphere where indulgence is clearly the focus. We loved the time, the people, the flavors, the long time we spent, and the willingness to answer our questions. When we are in Copenhagen next time, we will make time to return. This night will certainly remain part of our holiday memories for a long time, for all the right reasons. Thank you very much for this experience.

A very nice restaurant. Inventive and high-quality cuisine. We had the sweetbreads. The desserts were excellent. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but it's a very beautiful establishment!

Can definitely be recommended. Than kroner and øre are in no way wasted here

The food was great. We ordered roasted mallard and toasted sweetbread, and both was extremely delicious, portions are a bit small. And the desert Yuzucréme with crispy cocoa and vanilla ice should also be tried

Had a really nice experience at informal. The food was fantastic and the staff was really professional and sweet. The only small minus was that we sat so close to the other tables that the waiters bumped into us when they were going to serve the table behind us. Otherwise a really nice experience.

An absolute gem. There was nothing we disliked. But the two dishes that stood out were the hiramassa fish with citrus and dukkah and the quince ice cream with honey tuile and spiced caramel. The atmosphere and service were also outstanding.
