Just had an amazing experience at Uformel. Due to personal taste we didn’t choose the menu, but ordered a la carte. The dinner started with the white asparagus with wasabi and kefir cream and the fried potato bread. We continued with a very special dish: the raw shrimps with new peas gooseberries and lime leaf (mind-blowing dish, highly recommended); my partner tried the beef tartar with tomatoes and black pepper. I had then the squid with salsa macha (oil, chilies and garlic, amazing smell!) and chicken broth with egg yolk while my partner ate the Iberian pork with asparagus and this incredible artichoke purée. Dulcis in fundo, we had rhubarb with salted caramel, yogurt sorbet and crispy sablè on top and the orange ice cream with caramelized white chocolate and saffron. Everything was perfect, from the extra kind and attentive service, to the care and dedication of the chefs.

We made a last minute visit after a friend recommended it. It didn't disappoint. We were able to book online for the same day.
The staff were really friendly and attentive without being too much.
I got the set menu with wine pairing. It was all incredible. Good sized portions and packed full of flavour. They came out quickly too, bear that in mind with the wine as the next will be poured while you're enjoying the previous one.
The staff are great at talking you through the menu and wines and full of enthusiasm.
The venue is beautiful and I enjoyed admiring the library wall cellar of wine.
A great atmosphere and worth a visit.

Great food and great service. I especially liked the Turbot and the Zander. Both were a great blend of sweet and sour. Some great wine pairings too

Dejligt stilet sted på den uformelle måde, og et fint sted til en forretningsmiddag.
Mange lækre retter på ala carte kortet som kan suppleres med fornuftige vine på glas og selvfølgelig et omfattende kort.
Alle retter ved bordet var smukke og ikke mindst velsmagende.
Jeg vil sige at retterne er blevet meget små og derfor prisen taget i betragtning, så er vi i den dyrere ende, men intet at udsætte på kvalitet m.m.

Llegué a cenar a las 21; 15 después de que nos habíamos registrado en nuestro hotel de al lado. Restaurante muy concurrido con un gran ambiente. Personal peculiar pero divertido. Los cursos salieron a buen ritmo. No nos apresuraron. No podía fallar nada de la comida. Destacaron el bacalao, el ciervo en barbecho y el pastel de patatas. Lo recomendaría.
