Food was delicious especially dessert. Service was a bit slow..

Very relaxed and cozy if you prefer something a little louder and more informal—not necessarily romantic, but still an experience even on your own. Stylish interior, super friendly service, and a great selection of wines (also available by the glass). In my opinion, the food offers excellent value for money, and the portions are finally well-sized, even a la carte, so you can easily manage three to five dishes. Highly recommended.

Here it is actually Chambre, their private dining that I am reviewing. I was at a wedding party over the weekend where they delivered the goods. Super delicious! Very impressive what they could do with just a portable kitchen. The taste and presentation were just perfect. High five to the head chef Kasper and the two other chefs who were there! It really made a difference that everyone was picky about each dish.

sensational 5-course menu with creative cuisine and great service

Éramos ella para una cena de negocios, pero el ambiente y el personal hicieron que todo fuera relajado y casual. El menú era fantástico, dándonos gente no danesa una pequeña muestra de la maravillosa cocina de Dinamarca. Un poco caro, pero ¿no es todo en estos días?

Just had an amazing experience at Uformel. Due to personal taste we didn’t choose the menu, but ordered a la carte. The dinner started with the white asparagus with wasabi and kefir cream and the fried potato bread. We continued with a very special dish: the raw shrimps with new peas gooseberries and lime leaf (mind-blowing dish, highly recommended); my partner tried the beef tartar with tomatoes and black pepper. I had then the squid with salsa macha (oil, chilies and garlic, amazing smell!) and chicken broth with egg yolk while my partner ate the Iberian pork with asparagus and this incredible artichoke purée. Dulcis in fundo, we had rhubarb with salted caramel, yogurt sorbet and crispy sablè on top and the orange ice cream with caramelized white chocolate and saffron. Everything was perfect, from the extra kind and attentive service, to the care and dedication of the chefs.

Pleasant restaurant. The food is tasty but not exciting

We made a last minute visit after a friend recommended it. It didn't disappoint. We were able to book online for the same day. The staff were really friendly and attentive without being too much. I got the set menu with wine pairing. It was all incredible. Good sized portions and packed full of flavour. They came out quickly too, bear that in mind with the wine as the next will be poured while you're enjoying the previous one. The staff are great at talking you through the menu and wines and full of enthusiasm. The venue is beautiful and I enjoyed admiring the library wall cellar of wine. A great atmosphere and worth a visit.

Det var en oplevelse hele vejen igennem. Et eventyr hvor man kun bliver gladere og gladere. Vi valgte begge en femretter; og tog vinmenuen med. Restauranten var lige blevet totalt shinet op, siden vi sidst stak hovedet ind. Vi blev imponeret. Der var sågar kommet nye stole. Og hvilke stole var det lige. Det var Finn Juhls restaurantstol. Den man sidder rigtig godt i og på. Og ikke nok med det. Den er også smuk at se på. Jeg gætter på der var 85 af slagsen. Tit og ofte sidder man ikke optimalt, og det er synd. Det tager lidt oplevelsen, men heldigvis ikke her. Så kom tjeneren til os, der var blot gået fem minutter. Betjeningen var ligefrem, rar og meget kvalificeret. Vi spurgte og fik fint svar. Vores tjener kom flere gange og spurgte til vores velbefindende, og det var både fint og optimalt. Vinene passede 100% til maden på tallerkenen. Vi havde en fest. De fleste af retterne, hvis ikke alle havde vi aldrig smagt endsige bare tænkt på. Det var himmelsk og tager vi vinen med, så er vi i den syvende himmel. Selv om restauranten var fyldt op, var der en ro, der forplantede sig, alle synes at være i balance med sig selv og med situationen. Det kunne næsten ikke være bedre. Min kone og jeg siger tak for en sublim aften. Og så var prisen til at betale.
