Urban Camper Hostel & Bar København

The location was great as really close to public transport. The staff was really helpful, and the 24/7 open service is really great. The ambiance in the hostel was a real positive point. However, the rooms are not ideal: be prepared to hear the neighborhood, and the smell is not always nice as there is no ventilation. Regarding the property, this was not the top. The women showers were not really clean: hairs on the showers and bad smells.

We loved the location, we will definitely come again and also recommend to others. We found out that bus 5c went from the airport to the hostel. Will use that next time. It is close to the Metro, you can go to most places on this transport. Friendly staff and loads of space in the bar areas.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, even after 5 times of helping us retrieve pool balls that were stuck 😂, fairly priced drinks and food and a lovely warm cosy atmosphere. We booked a 4 bed private room for 3 nights and it was perfect, clean and overall very nice, the only downside being that the 2 people on the top bunks couldn’t sit up as the roof was low. Bathrooms and showers very clean. All the people we met and spoke to were very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend staying here solo or group travelling!

Clean "rooms", it's better to take a padlock because there are lockers but they will be open without it. It's worth writing about it in the ad. The service is cool and the common area too, you can relax. The location is a bit far, we chose it on purpose, you can see the cultural differences. The metro is close and that's a plus. Breakfast is sufficient, good coffee. 😉

Incredible place! If you're traveling alone, I highly recommend it. I always felt safe. The staff was very friendly and attentive. All the facilities were very clean. I stayed in a shared tent and the bed was very comfortable. Plus, you can opt for breakfast, which is completely worth the price. You eat delicious and cheap. I would definitely come back. This is the first hostel I've ever stayed in on my own and I've had a very pleasant experience. The beds were surprisingly comfy for bunk beds but I do wish the tents were at least 20 centimetres taller so you could sit up properly on the top bunk. The showers and toilets were clean and I only had to wait for the sink once. The bar looked very cosy but I liked the idea more on paper than in practice. I'd probably prefer having a shared kitchen and a little bit quieter common space where you are could spend time after curfew and not disturb your fellow guests. I booked a spot in an all-female tent but I'm not sure if there was any point to it because I think there were guys in a few other tents or at least passing through because the bathroom for the whole hostel was in our section. The experience was actually very much like camping, which I think they're going for so in that sense it is a success. I didn't feel unsafe, mostly because anybody trying anything untoward would immediately alert the whole floor, ať least at night. But it is definitely something to consider if safety is your top priority. The location is really great, especially if you get the city pass because the nearest metro and train station is just behind the corner. The neighbourhood itself is also pretty cool, especially if you can ride around on a bike or a skateboard.

The hostel is in a great location. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the common area and rooftop bar are really comfortable. Great beer and breakfast. The tents were comfortable and the toilets and showers were great - with plenty of them. The only downside is that sound does travel in the tents so you have to be prepared for a bit of noise. They are quite strict about being quiet, which is good, but we had to ask someone to be quiet after the quiet time on the second night.

The rooms are clean, and new beddings and comfortable beds. There are lots of shower and toilet to use even at peak time. It is one of cleanest hostel I have ever been in. If you're claustrophobic, this is not for you as there's no ventilation unless you open the tent. The idea of indoor tent is good as compared to open plan dormitory. You can still hear other disrespectful urban fellow campers after 10pm. I once had to mention it to the staff and they immediately gone to check on it. All the staff were happy and seemed to be quite cheerful. It has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Location wise, it is close to shops and most importantly to Norreport train station, making central Copenhagen and City terminal more accessible. We stayed for 4 days and it was very good value for the money. I highly recommend it for both short and long term stay. We haven't tried the breakfast but I think for it's price, it is very good especially for Copenhagen. I highly recommend it.

A great place, cheap and very familiar and united, I stayed a couple of nights with a friend and the experience was 10, there is a great community behind it
