A wonderful place: The homemade bread was absolutely delicious, and the surprise 3-course menu exceeded our expectations. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We truly enjoyed our evening and will definitely be coming back!

Min kæreste og jeg har tidligere spist på Urten og har været glade for det, men denne gang endte med at blive en skuffelse. Aftenen startede godt med en sød og opmærksom tjener, en virkelig lækker forret og en endnu mere lækker hovedret, men så gik det galt: Desserten som bla bestod af gulerodskage blev serveret med cream cheese, der var så hvinende salt, at den var uspiselig. Virkelig ærgerligt, når resten af maden var så god. Da vi ville betale holdt det meget hårdt med at få tjenerens opmærksomhed. Bevares, der var kommet flere gæster men ikke flere, end hun nemt burde kunne klare. Efter 25 min ventetid og forgæves forsøg på at komme i kontakt med hende, begyndte vi at tage overtøj på og så stod hun hos os på et splitsekund. Hun gad dog ikke vente på at betalingen gik igennem men lod bare maskinen stå på vores bord og gik over og snakkede med en kollega. Vi gik uden at sige farvel...

Una conveniencia muy intermedia para el punto de precio. Mi amiga y yo fuimos aquí por su cumpleaños el fin de semana pasado. Nos sentamos pronto. Es un espacio bastante pequeño y acogedor. Tuve dos platos: el principal y el postre y ella tenía el entrante y el principal, junto con limonada y un vaso sugerido de rojo. El servicio era estereotipadamente mala europea por desgracia. Aunque agradecimos a la camarera que nos explicaba cada plato servido y los ingredientes, tardó un poco en pasar por nuestra mesa después de entregarnos los menús (y es un espacio PEQUEÑO y no estaba tan ocupado al principio). Durante los cursos, ella nunca preguntó cómo estaba nuestra comida, si queríamos un agua o bebida también - arriba (el matraz de agua se vació a mitad de la comida) , y dejó platos sucios en nuestra mesa demasiado tiempo. Me sentí como una hora amateur. Mi amiga odiaba su entrante y veo por qué: era frío y algo viscoso/gelatinoso en textura. A los dos nos gustó el paquete de repollo y lenteja para la principal y especialmente la salsa, pero el bloque de patata servido junto es TAN aburrido: asado por fuera un poco, pero luego soso, aburrido... patata por dentro. ¡He comido mucho mejor papa asada en los pubs! Me gustó mi postre vegano crudo y el tamaño de la porción era excelente. Gran sabor a pastel de zanahoria, textura densa y masticable. Mi amiga dijo que su vino tinto no era el mejor y yo también pensaba que su limonada era sosa. En general una experiencia mediocre. Mi amiga dijo que tuvo una experiencia MUCHO mejor en Ark la noche anterior. ¿Y por su cumpleaños, no podían tirar una bebida gratis o algo así? He tenido cumpleaños en otros restaurantes alrededor del mundo y siempre hay algo añadido. Tan barato aquí y otra vez emblemático de la mala atención al cliente.

A very middling expedience for the price point. My friend and I went here for her birthday last weekend. We were seated promptly. It’s quite a small, cosy space. I had two courses: the main and dessert and she had the starter and the main, along with lemonade and a suggested glass of red. The service was stereotypically bad European unfortunately. Whilst we appreciated the waitress explaining each dish served and the ingredients, it took a while for her to even come by our table after handing us menus (and it’s a SMALL space and wasn’t that busy at the start). During the courses, she never asked how our food was, if we would like a water or drink too-up (the water flask ran empty midway through the meal), and left dirty dishes on our table far too long. Felt like amateur hour. My friend hated her starter and I can see why: it was cold and somewhat slimy/gelatinous in texture. We both liked the cabbage and lentil parcel for the main and especially the sauce but the potato block served alongside is SO boring: roasted on the outside a little but then bland, boring… potato inside. I’ve had much better roasted potato at pubs! I enjoyed my raw vegan dessert and the portion size was excellent. Great carrot cake flavour, dense and chewy texture. My friend said her red wine wasn’t the best and I thought her lemonade bland as well. Overall a mediocre experience. My friend said she had a MUCH better experience at Ark the night before. And for her birthday, they couldn’t throw in a free drink or something?! I’ve had birthdays in other restaurants around the world and there’s always a little something added. So cheapskates here and again emblematic of poor customer service.

We been vegans for some time, this place gave us new ideas and an awesome experience. A three course January menu with wine. Great taste and a good pairing. We will come again 💚🌱

It was an amazing dinner 💚 Food looked and tasted very good. I loved the concept of having 1 menu and changing it every month. Overall, noticed a lot of little details that made me fall in love with this place. And our waitress was so sweet and kind. Thank you 😊

Such a joy to visit Urten for a second time. Everything was excellent - the food, the service, the wine, the ambience, and the price. The complex flavours of the dishes make this a really outstanding experience, and I'm just sad I don't live in Copenhagen, otherwise I'd be coming all the time!

Great experience! Deserved 5 stars for an excellent vegan menu! We had three courses with non-alcoholic accompaniment (also great that this is available, unfortunately it is not yet common) and that was great! The main course was a bit too much for us, the dessert was an absolute poem and just the right amount Diploma. The drinks were also harmonious and tasty. Excellent service and you could also look over the chef's shoulder. Really a recommendation if you want a good vegan meal in Copenhagen!
