Really cozy place. The food was absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and nice, but nothing extraordinary. Definitely worth a recommendation

Visited the place in connection with Dining Week. Really good food, good service. Would like to come back another time, probably in a different season than winter, so we can also enjoy the forest and the park. Car required.

A great experience. The food was fantastic and the wine menu did a great job (with generous servings) 😋🍷 Their wine list is probably the craziest I've ever seen!! The service was also fantastic, with a kind and chatty host. Probably not the last time we are here! The room was old, but as expected in such an old building. The view on the other hand, was absolutely phenomenal 🤩

26/08/2025: My experience at a restaurant in Køge I was looking for kebab and discovered a dish called Matador on the menu – even though I actually wanted to order the doner kebab (No. 46). It was absolutely delicious! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff are a very nice, welcoming family. A place I'll gladly return to every time I visit Denmark. Highly recommended! 😍😋👌

Traktørstedet Gjorslev Bøgeskov

05/04/2026: Super cozy. Exactly what you could want from a traditional trattoria.
10/12/2025: The traktørstedet is beautifully located by Bøgeskov harbor and Stevns Klint, and is an area we will definitely experience this summer. There was polite and quick service, but the buffet did not quite live up to our expectations. Considering it was a Christmas buffet, there was a bit of a Christmas atmosphere. We will come again for a cup of coffee this summer.
