Here you will definitely find one of Vejle's best pastry shops. Super beautiful and tasty little cakes with a great passion for craftsmanship and aesthetics. Little flavor bombs in many different varieties, but where you can also get good old bakery classics if you are more into simple things.
Sweet and welcoming staff - can be busy especially on weekends, but good food and good prices for the quality you get.
The drinks are also good and well-balanced with a good balance.
I had a hot cocoa that was made with a lovely deep tasty dark chocolate that had a good thick consistency. Really delicious. And my sister had a good aromatic and tasty coffee.
Definitely worth a visit if you are in Vejle. The only downside is that the acoustics in the room are really bad, especially if there are a lot of people (like the day we hit). It was very difficult to talk and hear each other and the ventilation was quite bad so the air quickly became heavy and very hot in there. So I would recommend only sitting there if it's not busy and otherwise takeaway is probably the best.
This time I bought two seam pieces and an almond-filled croissant 🥐 yummy
Over the years I have bought countless black croissants. It is a very special experience 🤩
