Nice fish buffet, good service, been there in August and will be back in October

Really good residential area to live in, lots of activities for the residents, good apartments, unfortunately there are some that clearly show that they are +50 years old. The biggest problem is that several residents can't figure out how to stop littering and place household goods outside the places intended for it.

Nice place, raised and lived here for more than 30 years. The problem is their basements. They don't maintain them. There are cracks in the floor so the groundwater seeps up through and into all the basement rooms and the same happens to the basement walls. They don't do enough to prevent mold and mildew and rot from forming down there. Unfortunately, the consequences are disastrous. There is room for improvement Nature makes no mistakes here. Lovely nature areas and baby animals
