10/09/2025: On a day trip to Copenhagen, I specifically chose a Taiwanese restaurant to experience Taiwanese cuisine. The broth was good, and the noodles were average, about 75% authentic (perhaps because I didn't grow up eating beef noodles with cilantro). The restaurant seemed pretty busy; I arrived around 6 PM and it still felt busy. The front desk staff weren't Taiwanese, but I heard the owner is from Taipei. Overall, it's highly recommended, although a bit out of the city center.
06/09/2025: The food was delicious. Initially, the welcome could have been a bit friendlier, but eventually everyone blossomed.
