Systematized durum (kebab) review. 21 points in total. Durum cost 65 kr. Bread (0-3 points): 1 point (the bread is flatbread from Ali's bakery, which is the cheapest and worst bread you can use. On the other hand, the bread was warmed on a panini which gave a less crispy texture to the bread). The salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce and onion), 0-2 points: 1.5 points (there was no cucumber) Some free extras (e.g. red cabbage, hummus, tabboula), 0-1 points: 0 points The meat (0-5 points): 4 points (the meat is nicely seasoned, but it had no crust and lacked freshness.
