28/03/2025: EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE I dined here an evening in MAR 2025 along with 3 friends. We had a reservation. The staff is so kind and professional - and they can tell you a lot about the food and beverages (Snaps and beer primarily) served here. The food selection is great and very interesting - focussing on authentic Danish meals. I had the Stjerneskud and Camembert Cheese - and tried 3 snaps and had one beer. Across the four of us we tasted a good portion of food and beverages - and it was all real good!! And what a selection of snaps - I have not seen anything like it before. Real nice. So definitely a place to visit when visiting old Aalborg.
10/03/2025: Really nice lunch and experience. I had a Vet's dinner and chicken salad, very classic and tasty. The schnapps (Thylandia) is a little too sweet for my taste, but there are plenty of exciting schnapps to choose from.

02/03/2025: Very nice, small, dignified restaurant that honors the history of the Danske Sprit Fabrikker, and is also highly recommended for guests who - like me - have no connection to the Aalborg Akvavit because of the atmosphere! A great discovery: the plaice fillets on brown bread with tartar sauce! A very good price-performance ratio. We would love to come back!
20/02/2025: We came from Spain because my son works here, it is a very interesting place to try Danish drinks and food. We especially highlight the great service of one of their waiters. Sorry, we don't know his name but he had the best mustache we've ever seen!!!!!! Besides, the other waiter was also spectacular. We would repeat a thousand and one more times!!!! It's amazing!!!
