A beautiful and presentable restaurant with welcoming and gracious service. The Venø steaks were excellent, the potatoes excellent and the side dishes just right. And there was plenty of everything.

We had abirthday dinner at Veno Kro, ordered seafood platters and lobster bisque and fish. Everything was excellent starting from atmosphere, food and service. Special thanks to Susanne for warm welcoming.

Fantastisk oplevelse. Varm velkomst og kompetente /opmærksomme tjenere. Omgivelserne var imponerende og det samme var et ekstremt lækkert skaldyrsfad. Lækkert tilbehør og ikke mindst hatten af for et meget flot champagne kort . 10 point herfra

Polite service. The outdoor areas had benches for up to six people, also missing small tables for a couple, the space was there. Lunch open for a relatively short time, as it took time to prepare. Indoors with seats for couples, quite simple but nice. Rolled eel as a specialty, a little too cold. Missed a little smørrebrød as a supplement to the first piece. Good wine and atmosphere in a quiet island environment. Good experience

29-7-25 We had perhaps the best seat there. I got the Stjerneskud. It was good. I'm not an expert on shooting stars but I'm very satisfied. If I had to say something, there might not be enough for a hungry adult man. But luckily I was able to taste a bit of my mother's Venø Bøf. There I would prefer a steak made of 200 grams of minced meat or a real piece of meat rather than the 200 grams of thin slice of beef you get. It was a bit on the tough side and not tender in the same way that a large real piece of meat can be. Finally: the acoustics are also quite good in there. Bad acoustics can otherwise ruin a restaurant visit.

If you are passing by Venø, you should stop by for lunch or dinner at Venø Kro. Cozy atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor areas. The food was super good. We also had both wine and beer, where there was a really good selection. Highly recommended😁
