Really good bread - and lovely cafe. Good service. The cakes are delicious, but large.

Huge selection, whether bread, cookies, tarts, cakes or sweet pieces, but be careful, they are very sweet.

Never seen a bakery with such a fantastic selection. And the taste is amazing if you're going on a trip. So grab a cooler bag and buy a few sandwiches.

On our way to Bøjden Ferry Port we stopped by Faaborg and Vesterports Bageri, and we are so glad we chose to do this. Just the sight of all the beautiful cakes and the smell of baked goods made our mouths water. We chose to buy 6 luxury rum balls/truffles and 4 special cakes. - Summer hit with Lemoncurd and Mango Sarah Bernhard - Rhubarb dream with Rhubarb mousse and white chocolate mousse on a caramel base - Lime dream with lime juice fromage and pistachio mazarin base with chocolate and the last one was called something with moustache, and had some hazelnut/chocolate mousse but can't remember it all (SORRY) All the cakes were so delicious and you could really taste the good craftsmanship and the elements that go into the cakes. We were served by Elsebeth who was fantastic at giving us good advice so we got some completely different tastes now that it was our first visit. We will definitely stop by again next time we are in the area.

Picked up some lovely cardamom buns and marzipan croissants. All the patisserie looks excellent, and there is an inside and outside cafe area
