55,- is fine for a hot cocoa, although not from a coffee machine, a bit pricey for powder mix.

Very slow service. And you should stay far away from their hot "cocoa". Which has nothing to do with hot cocoa. It's made with water and powder with a little splash of whipped cream on top. And sickeningly sweet. It's unbearably hot inside. Surely nice on a winter day. But not necessary in the middle of October.

Not many vegetarian options and a bit busy. Some roller blinds would have been nice so you wouldn't be blinded while sitting there.

I like to end my visit to Tivoli with a good Irish Coffee at Viften.

This old-school Cafeteria, tugged away in a corner inside of Tivoli Gardens, is the closest you will get to a true original Danish lunch in the center of Kopenhagen. Unprentituos and plain, a long way from modern elaborate takes on Smørrebrød, this place offers an authentic (and children "friendly") Danish experience, nothing fancy, just down-to-earth and 100% "hyggeligt". The only sad thing is that, like many other traditional Danish restaurants, they do not appear to find it worthwhile to peel the kartoffel for some courses, which is a shame, since the Danish kitchen usually never serves potatoes with skin, unless they' ve been taken freshly from the soil.

A snack bar with a nostalgic feel of its own. The burgers and fries were good.
