Vores Brød København

We tried kardamomme snurre and ølandsbrød. The cardamon roll was buttery, not too sweet and with a decent spicy taste. The bread was quite disappointing though; clearly without the sour taste and texture that can be only given by the real sourdough, it gets dry and falls apart after 2 days. I wish they could offer sourdough bread; but as long as they don't - we need to stick to other bakeries.

It used to be the best in Valby, but a new baker has brought the level down to average. Such a shame as we were huge fans. Now we need to go a few km more to Vesterbro for really good sourdough bread. D!
