A bit confused staff but okay food.

Review of What the Fish - Fantastic Service and Delicious Sushi Last night I visited What the Fish to buy sushi and ordered a Box4. From the moment I walked in, I experienced amazing service. The staff were friendly and welcoming and everything seemed professional and well organized. Unfortunately, an unfortunate situation occurred when I was on my way out the door - I dropped my entire order on the floor. I immediately went back and explained what had happened and asked if they could make me a new box, which of course I was willing to pay for. Much to my surprise and delight, the staff said I didn't have to pay for the new box. They quickly made a new order for me and I was able to leave again with freshly made sushi in hand. It is rare to experience such good service today, where employees go out of their way to ensure that customers are satisfied. This experience really shows that What the Fish not only delivers delicious sushi, but also places a high priority on their customers' experience. I have great respect for the service I received and can highly recommend the place to anyone who appreciates both good food and great customer service. 5/5 stars - I will definitely be back!
