Last week we returned from our first visit to Copenhagen. The city is amazing and a three-day stay there was unforgettable. We stayed at the hotel in a superior double room. The room is very spacious, tastefully decorated with extra details that show interest in the residents (the drawers in the bed for extra space, the ironing board in the wardrobe). The Illy coffee machine is very impressive! The location is excellent...walking distance to the central station, walking distance to Tivoli gardens, walking distance to the shopping promenade. We really went everywhere by walking...The neighborhood has many options for food, pubs, fast food and Pinzo Nation which gave an extra discount for the hotel. Across the street there is an outdoor concert venue, always lively! The hotel bar is very nice for the last drink of the day! Finally, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety for everyone: vegan, gluten free food, healthy food! You can find everything from ginger shots to chia pudding... amazing selection

From what I understand the whole street belongs to the same hotel company, just different hotels. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Also, I am not sure if we were lucky or if it's all the time, but directly across is a venue that was playing open air music every day, with a very diverse program, but they stopped at a reasonable time, so no blaring music throughout the night. The location is top notch, you have metro, train and busses all around the corner. You can also rent bikes. Our room was clean and luxurious, we especially enjoyed the balcony. There is also an inhouse bar. Staff was helpful and friendly, really nothing to complain about and I can highly recommend. We have not seen service once, but everything was cleaned, so yeah: Good job! Granted, we had one of the more luxurious rooms, but I can't imagine you'll be complaining even if you go for the more affordable rooms.

Beautiful establishment well located in the city. Clean and pretty room. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is decent but expensive for what is offered. Small downside, the room was not cleaned once and no compensation was offered. Another issue, a noisy party place is right in front of the hotel so ask for a room facing the interior.

Quite a disappointing stay… I was expecting so much better for a 4* stars hotel. First we arrived early in the morning and asked them to keep our luggage. Turned out they don’t personally keep luggage’s but instead give you a key to store it in a room with luggage’s from all the guests. You can see a sign saying "if your luggage is stolen it’s not their responsibility". I wouldn’t risk it unless you don’t care about your stuff. The room was okay. A bit small but enough for us as we spent most time outside or just sleeping at night. The decor was nice and cosy too. However the room wasn’t well tidied and quite dusty. The bathroom door couldn’t close. The blanket was two tiny individuals. And the mattress was very hard. There was also an outdoor bar just in front of the hotel and each night someone will sing very loudly. Even with the windows closed and inside the shower we could hear it. It doesn’t lasts long but keep that in mind. However the location is perfect with only few minutes from Tivoli. Overall the hotel is okay but a bit expensive for the quality. Some improvements could be made.
