Very comfortable, very clean, and well-located hotel with an excellent breakfast.
It's a bit pricey, but it's Copenhagen. Recommended.

Well-located hotel in the heart of the city. Friendly staff.
The room was large with a balcony on the top floor.
Very good breakfast. Both savory and sweet.
2 drawbacks:
The first was that every night we couldn't sit on the balcony because we overlooked a bar, the Byhaven - Pumpehuset, and the music was blaring.
The second was the cleanliness of the room, even upon our arrival. Our room wasn't cleaned every day, and we only received coffee capsules once.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Nice, spacious room with well-functioning air conditioning. Comfortable bed, although one corner of the mattress kept curling up.
The bathroom is small, and some of the design choices are odd: for example, the long towels can't hang properly because the table is too small, and of the only two hooks, one is used by the hairdryer and the other hangs over the trash can.
It's also a shame that, like in more and more places, cleaning is done less frequently, supposedly for environmental reasons. However, making the bed and refilling tea bags, sugar, and stirrers should be done daily.
I stayed on the street side for six nights, and not once was there any noise from the stage across the street after 9 PM, so it was perfectly manageable.
I would definitely consider this hotel again on my next visit to Copenhagen.

The location is super central, but not ideal for families with small children in the summer. Across the street is an event venue with loud concerts taking place in the courtyard, making it difficult to sleep in the street-facing room with children.
We were lucky to get room 6619 (double superior type) which is the top room in the tower part of the hotel (the one with the red bomb on top), so with a view both west and south, but without a balcony. The picture is the view towards Tivoli. Nice room, good service. Late check-out until 1 pm costs EUR 29 (we didn't buy it), but free luggage storage. Breakfast was not a problem in terms of space and queue, even when there were a lot of people, but the breakfast is lacking a lot compared to what you get in Norwegian hotels. They didn't have fresh orange juice, fried eggs, tomato beans, salad, fish as spreads (they had herring, salmon 1 out of 4 days), liver pâté, other fruit than pineapple and watermelon. They had everything else, so no problem really. In terms of the location of the hotel, it is very close to the metro and buses at Rådhusplassen, and in the same building is Pincho Nation which is a fun family restaurant, but next time I think we will choose a hotel that is a little further east and closer to the canal.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect – that was the main reason we chose it, and in that regard, it didn’t disappoint. I also booked it based on reviews praising the breakfast, but it turned out to be very limited and underwhelming. The room was a bit of a disappointment – not tiny, but definitely smaller than expected, a bit dusty, and the bathroom was also quite cramped (though that might be typical for Denmark). Overall, I’d rate this as an average 4-star hotel, with the location being its only real standout feature.
