06/09/2025: We were at Hals Strandcamping three weeks ago and had a really great time. The site is very clean and pleasantly quiet. We especially liked the pool – not too big, but with a great slide that our kids had a lot of fun on. 🏊‍♂️😊 The on-site shopping options are rather limited, and there isn't much to buy at the reception. The employee/owner didn't seem quite as friendly or cheerful as we've come to expect from other campsites – but that didn't spoil our stay. Since we were there outside of the holiday season, it was wonderfully relaxed. Besides a few permanent campers, there were maybe five to eight other campers there, so we felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. 🏕️ A real highlight is the beach: very clean, beautifully situated, and with extremely shallow water – perfect for children. Since there was hardly anything going on, we had almost the entire beach to ourselves. 🏖️✨ All in all, a very nice, quiet campsite that we can happily recommend. 👍

22/08/2025: Good space with nice newer facilities. Inconvenient that you can't see if the toilet stalls are locked or not. It seems unpleasant to have to shake doors before finding a free stall. I would like there to be hand paper in the bathroom so you can wipe your hands after washing up.
