The food is authentic Chinese. Not those that have been adapted to western taste. Friendly service.

Nice place in the food hall. The braised beef nudel soup is pretty boring, so should have ordered something else, but the rest was as excepted. Not the best, but definitely worth a try!

The waitress is super nice. Good taste of food. The only problem is portion getting smaller.

The staff were friendly and confident in accommodating my nut allergy. It gives me a lot of peace of mind and I can enjoy the food without worrying. The main courses were 10/10 (roast duck and beef with black pepper sauce). Great taste and the duck was crispy. We ordered 3 sets of dumplings. Soup dumpling and classic steamed dumpling were ok - not super juicy, but still delicious. Their classic Har Gao was super delicious :)

A decent Sichuan restaurant. The chef is from Sichuan, and although the flavors have been localized, some of the essential tastes are still present!

My family of four has now visited Yi-East in Aarhus again, and once again we had a really good experience. We have been there before and had high expectations – and they were definitely met. The food is still of very high quality and clearly made from good ingredients. It is definitely not an ordinary Chinese barbecue, but a restaurant where there is a great attention to taste, presentation and details. The menu is exciting and varied, and there is something for everyone. The service was again top notch. Our waiter, Isabelle, was very friendly and skilled in guiding us through the menu, so we got some really good dishes that the whole family enjoyed. It is always a good sign when you return to a restaurant and have the same good experience. A very clear recommendation from here – we will definitely come back again with great pleasure.
