You Sushi Hillerød

very nice atmosphere, the waitress is very friendly. I only ordered sushi and it was a disappointment - don't rush and make it like it's not supposed to be - the sushi just fell apart and there was very little rice. It tasted good because there was a little cream cheese. soy sauce is best diluted with a little water, it is too concentrated and makes you want to drink a lot of it

It was my first time to travel to Hillerod. I saw this Japanese restaurant in front of the train station. I ordered sushi, sashimi and fried udon. The portions were large and I couldn't finish them. The food was very professional and I liked it. The reception lady and the chef were very polite and accepted the explanation. It was a great dining experience! So I give this restaurant five stars!
