Youmi Sushi Gladsaxe

The sushi was good and it is served by a cool robot that drives around. You order the food using a tablet. This makes it very easy and clear to order what you want. I can definitely recommend ordering water instead of soda, as water only costs 18kr for a huge glass, where soda, on the other hand, costs 45kr for a large one (35kr for a small one).

Youmi Sushi is one of the better sushi restaurants in Bagsværd. They offer a wide selection of sushi as well as grilled sticks, giving you plenty of options to choose from. The sushi was truly excellent. I especially enjoyed the grilled lamb ribs and the grilled salmon—both were delicious and perfectly prepared. One thing I found disappointing was that the all-you-can-eat menu charges extra for sauces. While it isn't a major issue, it feels a bit unnecessary given the concept. The biggest downside, however, was the service speed. Even though there were only one or two other tables occupied, we had to wait quite a long time for our orders to arrive. Despite that, the quality of the food was impressive, and I would definitely like to come back if I have the opportunity.

I’ve eaten a lot of sushi in and outside of Cph over the years, and Youmi Sushi is among the best places I’ve been in terms of taste, quality, variety and overall experience. Fresh fish and vegetables, the sticks are juicy and not dry, and everything is beautifully presented on the dishes. Besides a great selection of sushi, there are a lot of different sides and sticks to choose from e.g. gyoza, kimchi, fried Vietnamese spring rolls etc. If you’re looking for an ad libitum sushi restaurant, I really suggest you try this place - you will not be disappointed☺️

The food was very nice. I ordered takeaway and it was easy to pick up the food and it was ready on time. The only thing that was bad (and the reason for the 4 stars) was that even though there was a barrier between the sushi and the wasabi, the 4 pieces of sushi closest to it had a lot of the strong taste and it ruined the taste a bit for me who doesn't like the strong taste.

Really good food and service. The place is absolutely fantastic and very cozy, couldn't recommend it more if you're into sushi👌

The PERFECT sushi place. Everything is as it should be: Sushi that tastes great and sticks together, lots of options, a nice atmosphere and all at a fair price.
