This is my favourite place in the neighbourhood, not only for coffee and super nice breakfast/ lunch! But also for all the kind of classes your body and mind need. I have tried pregnancy and baby yoga, and now I am doing EMS training which is super life and time saver! Totally recommend!

One of my favorite places to go in my neighborhood! Lovely cafe with great smoothies and the waffle with selfmade Nutella is to die for! The cherry on top is the lovely yoga studio with so many fun classes, such as stand up paddle yoga or aerial yoga. Also, the regular classes are always guided by amazing yoga teachers and it’s such a serene space to be. ✨

Yum is an oasis in the neighborhood to retreat and enjoy time either having a good cup of coffee or practicing a yoga class. For the latest, Sunday morning classes are really my favorites for the atmosphere all around the place, at the yoga room, in the caffetteria or the outside area.

Really a cozy place in Sydhavn! Their cafe has delicious drinks and good food. But best of all is their yoga! Have been to Arial Yoga and SUP yoga and it can definitely be recommended. Their instructors are just so nice and make sure everyone feels safe and enjoys it. Was recommended this place by a friend and will definitely recommend it to more friends 🤍
