10/08/2025: We celebrated a 50th birthday (8 people) today (10/8/25). Super wonderful experience. Delicious food, and really good service - especially from the head host Phillip. He was very attentive to us and fulfilled all the wishes we had. Big praise to him from here! We are all very satisfied!

06/08/2025: Disappointing experience at Jensens Bøfhus in Waves Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience on our last visit. Right from the start, we waited over 50 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant was only about a third full. The staff apologized with a rush, but it didn't seem convincing. Our meat was overcooked and dry, even though it was ordered red. We also got the wrong potatoes – and when we asked for the right ones, we were told it would take 8 minutes. However, 14 minutes passed, and we had already finished eating when they arrived. For dessert, we wanted to use the liquorice sauce from the ice cream parlor, but it was well past its use-by date and tasted like it (documented with a picture). When we approached the staff, all we got was a "sorry". No compensation, no real apology. We paid in cash and didn't get a receipt, so we couldn't follow up afterwards. All in all an experience marked by bad timing, mistakes in the food and lack of responsibility on the part of the staff. Unfortunately not a place we will return to.
