27/10/2025: Booked a table for 6pm. Was supposed to catch a concert at 8pm in the portal. At 7pm we still hadn't gotten our food. The kitchen couldn't answer when the food would be ready. We ended up leaving. The waitress was nice and very apologetic. Annoying experience.

25/10/2025: Almost everything was good, until before we left. One of my kids wabred to respond this satisfaction survey in this little mashine standing at the entrance. I said, mark the middle one. She did and immediately came one of the waitresses saying that my kid shouldn't play with that, shouldn't respond a negative answer if we didn't get a bad service. We didn't get a bed service, but neither a really good one, that was a middle yellow face. But she almost screamed and looked to my kid saying that. It was an adult young woman angry at my kid. Never more!
