22/01/2025: New visit 7/12-2024 (1 star) Then we gave jensen's steak house another try to see if the quality had been improved. This was far from the case. We ordered some of the classic dishes that we have otherwise enjoyed at their other restaurants. It was incredibly boring. Their grilled pork fillet was neither juicy nor marinated as they advertised. I have never experienced such a tough and dry cutlet. In addition, we received the wrong food. There is a lot of noise in the restaurant due to a play area just outside which spoils the atmosphere. The menu card has become very limited and confusing as some dishes come with potatoes and gravy, while others are extra. Therefore, it is difficult to see what one should give for one's right. In addition, the prices have become so high that many other restaurants are both cheaper and better Unfortunately I won't be coming back ----------- Previous visits (1 star): This time it was put off for good. We waited about an hour for the food. We noticed other customers who also waited a long time and some even left. It wasn't just the food we were waiting for. Also the wait to get a table was long as no waiter came out to serve us. Those at the front of the queue had to fetch a waiter from the bar to be served The food was OK. The favorite steak was a bit dry and not juicy as usual. In addition, the device itself did not look very good. The dessert could do with some more soft ice cream now that we have paid a full 55 kroner for it The servants seemed very tired and we got the impression that they would rather go home. However, it must be said that they were very nice when they served us. It seemed like they would rather clear the tables than serve them in line for a table. All in all, you did not live up to Jensen's standard and we will probably choose another Jensen's next time. Unfortunately, even though it is a nice restaurant A suggestion: It would be nice if the sauce and potatoes (which are free by the way) were in the salad bar (or somewhere else) so you didn't have to wait an incredibly long time to get extra. The steak manages to get cold and therefore becomes boring. It would be incredibly nice and easy for you. -------- Previous visits (4 stars): A little slow service both cooking and by the waiter. But the waiters are friendly and really good food

18/12/2024: We've been there before and think every time it's gotten better but it's not our starter was really good but the main course was from my point of view below all criticism as you can see one of the pictures When we had a back row and pointed it out it didn't help, we had then sat 45 minutes waiting for the main course we got it served after more than an hour after my steak was raw so we paid and then won't come to Jensen's anymore hope others sees it and reacts
