02/01/2025: Have visited Herthadalen before in connection with a wedding and now also got food from there in connection with New Year's Eve. And both times it has been a really good experience. The restaurant itself is located in the most beautiful surroundings, and is perfect for all kinds of parties. The food is simple and sublime, and worth paying for. Had their new year menu this new year and again the food was amazing! And there was plenty of it. Herthadalen is one of the places I will definitely hold my next party at.
28/12/2024: White Christmas in the forest is a fantastic concept. Really good food and lovely service minded staff.

27/10/2024: Lækker mad, fik de møreste velsmagende bøffer. Lækkert tilbehør også. Havde min mor med alzheimers med. Kæmpe forståelse fra personalet. Udover dette en eminent service. Kommer helt sikkert igen, selvom vi ikke er fra byen.

16/11/2024: During an overnight stay in a nice room. In the evening a menu where the taste buds sang with the angels... extremely tasty.
The dessert was the finishing touch.
The stay ended with a delicious breakfast.
