03/02/2025: Absolutely the best dining experience I've had in a long time, on par with Det Røde Pakhus on Bornholm, and even Hoppá! Bistro (one-star Michelin in Budapest). And better than anything I can achieve, after years in the kitchen industry.
If you want sublime service from the waiter, gourmet at affordable prices and a magnificent performance from the kitchen team, then Restaurant Valdemar is the place to visit.

02/02/2025: Have been down and get shooting stars 2 times within 3 weeks, very different experiences.
The first time it was perfectly fine and got 2 smaller fish fillets.
The second time the fish was shriveled and only got one and a half? So one fillet was just cut in half 😂
